No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Nothing,,, false commitment too much work load & no ethics & moral values,,, worst principal I ever worked...

Worst institute I ever worked,, i worked here as a faculty approx 2 months & due to some unfortunate incident in family,, I left this school,, so they won't paid approx 1 month salary... while I have taken approx 7 lecturer on daily basis,, they don't have any ethics or moral values...

It's surely the worst school in Raipur. Principal is not at all qualified to be a principal. Highly unprofessional environment. so many I'll practices are there that is why CBSE also disaffiliated this school.

What support?? They are calling us to school. They have also fired some of my colleagues inspite of government's orders that none of the teachers could be fired. Such a hopeless and greedy principal.
