... is in regular practice. Company is struggling for competent staff and manpower. Financially good , salary package good but poor culture created by Indian managers. Even uncompetetent managers working there who created mess. Company is not worthy for IATF certification because QMS system is 60 % around on paper and violated by top management. Even material change after SOP is done undertable without any notification to customer. Training only for show off on papers . Poor skill working people due to frequent changes in job role including workers. Somewhat level managed by union workers and long staying engineers. Even in no one in noida plant who is having knowledge of material , material specific company deal with ( Rubber). So badly managed company.

No promotion policy, people working last 12 years were not promoted. No proper skill development. Frequent firing, No job security. People working under fear. QMS system violation by top management intentionally to avoid work as per system. Manipulation is very high. Skilled staff is not available.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

No I m not dislike the vibracoustic india pvt Ltd. Because of this is my first job in this company and he know the feeling of a workers and his culture and staff is so caring.

The work culture and opportunities and learning get during work is amazing , people are very supportive and there is a process in everything.

Dislikes

Strict timing if you are late beyond normal time your half day will be deducted, HR team is very lazy they will not support you if you required any also there is no concept of WFH.
