...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

technicality is very good at vibgyor.Timely upgradation is proper as there are qualified and knowledgeable HOD for each sports.

Dislikes

Internal politics of HOD which the management is unable to detect as they are not in the loop and women are given more preference in any situation whether you right also u have to shut your mouth if you speak against wrong then u r out straight away. I had spent 8 years a lot of politics have happened in the past.

Likes

The school has an extremely conducive and a positive work culture which propogates a synergised environment to imparting quality education. The constant support of the management and my colleagues provided me an ideal platform to impart my teaching optimally. The environs of the school gave me the perfect opportunity to grow and allowed a good work-life balance.

Dislikes

There is no systemic provision to impart formalised training to young teachers and they have to depend on the job training for the same.
