The work culture for me at Vibes Healthcare has been good over all . since Its a Big organisation . Some staffs are good and some are not that good . In my opinion if you are doing your best then your job is permanent. Basically Management team is very strong and Good person. I found Company policies better than other organisation .

Very poor growth in terms of Salary if your department is Accounts & Finance .

After giving resignation with serving of notice period, They were harrassing me for my full & final salary. As my work performance my very good I called CEO & got the salary but they deducted amounts without giving me any reason.

There is a lot of politics and the managment does not address our issue, salary is poor and carrier growth is nill. Salary not credited in account timeline is too much late like 2 month delay

The employees were good, but the management is not at all good.

My salary was not revised even after 2 years. Although I had given the company a profit of 10 lakhs per month. On top of that the management did not give me my 2.5 lakhs which was with held.

Salary not given on time. No one listens to you. Even if you are in trouble and medical emergency, the company does not understand and don't pay your salary, it seems as if one is begging. No dignity, no empathy shown to employees
