Extremely poor hike and compensation. Bad bonus amount. They kept delaying our hikes and bonus and even after delaying they will give 3-5% hike. No incentives at all. We used to receive a lot from PwC after busy season, during festivals and new year. There is no recognition in the team and by the management even after hard work. Too much work allocation which affects the health and relationships. Managers will insult and discourage you. They will scare you to put in PIP. Senior managers and managers will scold you like a school principal and teachers. They don't respect the juniors at all. You cannot complain about it as there is no proper department. No employee handbook and managers will taunt you after approving your leaves. During season you will be forced by the management to work till 15 hrs with unrealistic target. The complexity of the returns doesn't matter they just want it to be done in a day.

The training was really good it made me learn new things about US tax. Got some really good friends here.

...ey will make you regret the decision of joining them. Nothing is like Big4 here. Salary is very minimal.like really very minimal.

1. Team culture is better in the sense that if you ask any query they will sort it 2. Flexibility with work 3. Delayed but recognise your work 4. Project and work coming from other territory

...the culture 4. Internal politics 5. No proper employee handbook, HR in place 6. New hires will get more salary than the existing employees 7. Some people might be interested in your personal life 8. Delayed bonus and no info on increment or promotion

Salary - Low, Bonus, Increment delayed. Career Growth - Low as they have removed A2, SA2 etc. you will be in the same position for 4 years. Work Culture - Good If you want a better career go for any startup but this campany was good till it was with PWC.

Salary if specialist are half the salary of associate even tho they preform same work same work load they expect same quality of work it’s harsh that even leaders of company is not worried about it.
