The only good thing is that leadership at Viacom 18 is good

Dislikes

...n minded. Horrible building and canteen. The canteen does not provide good food. Viacom is cheating employees of their money as they have already reserved a part of your package to go into reliance insurance. And the 10 percent variable is sold as something you will get at the end of the financial year but you get only what they want to give you.

I worked here for many months, and one of the top managers had no idea about the company's operations blindly criticising the job, making inappropriate statements, proving his arguments, not understanding the employee, and he had extremely poor attitude.

Dislikes

Salary is Poor as per Market standards. Poor in promotions, Business Head generally have selective promotions from BU. People coming from behind are promoted but those who are in the system never get a growth chance. HR doesn't care for it employees. Neither HR Director or HR Head they dont care for employees.

... very supportive 6. Cafeteria is huge & have some gaming arcade for chilling. 7. Appraisals, salary hike & bonus are good every year. 8. On every festivals their is celebration in office with some decorations, music, stand-up comedy, dance, food festival etc. 9. The great part was you just have to work 5 days in a week (Saturday & Sunday) off. 10. Every year company plan's trip for employees.

...rience person can be boss of senior level expericence guy. HR is not responsive. Variable pay % is in CTC is too much and you need to complete financial year to get that.
