First thing was salary satisfaction, salary are not fixed here it is based on production. No satisfied leaves. No cultural activities also there No festival celebration No Diwali gifts or bonuses, Work experience is no fixed client , also no one guide properly reading a new client, From FRs side no one give proper response about VC. So many systems issues . IT team are not supported. For WFH no wifi facilities available. No extra earnings facilities, To far waiting for caps, there have so many Dislikes things.

Company has fixed timing, Travelling expenses can be saved as it is 5 mins walking distance from nahur station. Very friendly Staffs. Shift Timings are pretty good. You can Work from Home as well.

Dislikes

... to sit extra hours if target not completed. You wont get much salary increment. Bonuses is also not given. Only on Diwali ull get a bonus apart from that u cannot expect bonus.

Salary is less. Work load is more. No Indian holiday. Also no US holiday on time. Free overtime they don't pay you for overtime. When they don't have work they leave early and pending hours added in you compensation and give you full salary and that pending hours adjust with overtime the don't pay you extra over time. When over time is there you have to work continues only half hour break is thour.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and sometimes management doesn't address our issues. As compared to work load salary is less. Carrier growth is slow.
