I would be proud to work in Vhb with such an excellent track record..good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is not transparent, company policies are not good...

Company policies are not good, no any increament in per year..there is no value in old employee in this company but they good salary in new joinee...

I did't like anythink . But i have some good friend in VHB and other department people are not good like rude and oversmart

Qc manager always listen only seniors and support to senior . If they know , senior is wrong. If junior or fresher have problem regarding to senior they did't react on seniors. Always talk like they support the senior and ever take a favor for senior

The plant in itself is in good condition the old employers made plant very fit . Even for the new joining , they truely give best suggestion for work and help by sharing their experience while work .overall the family of VHB MEDISCIENCE LTD is very good . I have learned a lot from this company .

Some problem in performance appraisal technique. I suggest if company used 360 degree praisal it's very helpful for organization's and employ growth.
