Whatever good about this organization is far outweighed by the bad of this organization. I think what is likable is that company has business as it has monopoly in low priced jewelry.

Work life balance is zero, VGL may want you to work 7 days! Even on your vacation they will want you to work. High stress and poor hygiene factors make this organization very unhealthy. Widespread nepotism. HR policies and practices are too arbitrary, mostly because CMD is a sadist himself. Senior employees like of VP level enjoy shouting, yelling at their team. Huge gap between what VGL is on paper that is through its purpose, vision, mission and core values and what it actually is.

Extreme level of "Politics" ;). No job security ;). worst culture ;). pathetic team of senior management ;). True "Lala" company

All as above mention. I like the way some people are getting year on year benefit by just licking **** of top mgmt. Buttering is the only KRA, perhaps they have.
