Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...o much things here.Our lead helping us alot to learn and grab the things easily.Ofcourse salary are not good there but you will learn many thing here which i don't think you will grab from others.

We are supposed to work whole week even on Saturday. Which i don't liked.Saturday and Sunday should be off completely.

Team Manager is very helpful. Always ready to help you.. But don't ask for appraisal.

Dislikes

HR gives extra pressure to employee. They don't take their responsibility. All responsibility hand over to dev and QA team.

As a freshers you will get lot of things to explore. Many opportunities for freshers and everyone. Once u learned and showcase your skills you will get good projects. Working environment is awesome. All team mates are very friendly and very supportive and motivative.

Nice company. Worked for 5+ years in asp.net technologies. Now moved to HCL as tech lead. I learned a lot in this company. Just analyses when comparing to my similar experiences. I can beat to 10 years experienced senior in technical knowledge. Veyron is a sea to learn. Especially for freshers. You must join this company if you are hungry for learning.
