In meetings, the boss also uses unprofessional language with managers, contributing to a consistently hostile environment. New employees are quickly frustrated by the toxic culture and fear retaliation if they voice their concerns. The small team working on Vesure technology is particularly affected but remains silent due to job security fears. Overall, the combination of Mr. Kumar's micromanagement, his abusive language, and the overall unprofessionalism makes this company a highly undesirable place to work.
