Dislikes

Salary is very low as per the market conditions also I am shearing one experience. As I have served notice period as per company HR policy but as incentive calculated from jan to dec-23 and my last working date is 31.01.24 hence I request you to consider that as incentive falling for the previous year 2023 and from jan to dec-23 i have worked so i am eligible for incentive which i have not get in my full and final settlement.

If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
