...ke at vertical as they are triting their employee as a majdoor.. whi can't talk. Can't see here and their every month they hire and fire withiut informing without salary... dnt understand the requirment do not give the training.. salary never on time.. 12 to 14 haours working.. no offs.. every month transfert from one to other office.....

It was a roller coaster ride for me. It gave me good bad & worst experiences of life. I was allotted very helpful & encouraging team leader. The working environment at my time was friendly and enthusiast.

Dislikes

Employees who are associated with this firm from initial stage are bias towards new ones. Partiality is the motto I think. Old employees are given more preference than the new ones. Buttering is always at the peak.

working in verticals is as going a step forward towards your carrer as u gets to learn a lot from team members and seniors as well. it is the best for your personal development. if you are a good employee you can sure your job security.

The work pressure is high sometimes and in which good employees are also get targeted that they doesn't work properly.
