Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Salary is too low I'll working 1 year and more but my salary is just increase 850..now am getting 7100..and can't develope anything system knowledge and communication skills there having politics to moving second level

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

If i talk about my personal experiene there is no doubt company environment is good. Team is supportive.chances of career growth is more .lots of activity takes place in a month so that employee remains tension free in office premise . Job security is also here .but 1 thing i don't like "salary /appraisal"is less than the other org. Overall my experience was good with Vertex.
