Poor work culture. Management not care about employees. TL like Hitler. He only do favour with women employee who look beautiful. In Chennai branch, TL named Lijumon is playing with girls. Management know this and not taking any action against him. Asking women employee to him room. In his team, men employees who are doing support they will servuy. Worst person. They will get all work and throw you out without reliving letter.

Partiality like other companies. They have gang and promoting people's within. No growth and low salary. Playing team lead lot of bad experiences.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nice place to work with vertex team.. thr is pressure in the job good team leaders and hr as wel the manager my one year career was gone like minute... thanks to the vertex team ☺️
