Nothing Good here. In one word don't join this company and don't spoil your career.

They fire the employee any time without paying salary. The Business Development Manager Uday Playing the lot of dirty politics. If you approach the Managements & HR they are not listening anything.

Likes

Good work environment. If you do your work properly, there is no pressure on you. Job security is immense. For a small company, Vertex is one of the best in the industry.

Compensation could be better. The hikes are bad.

Work culture is good and there is no minute to minute tracking and monitoring on employees

No job security, At any point of time they will ask the employees to leave the organization without any proper notice period

My tenure with Vertex is absolutely fantastic. A very supportive team and nice work culture. They will create a friendly work environment. But the only drawback is limited technology offerings . They have everything to expand their market value but they restricting themselves . Overall it's a very good company to work with. I wish them more success.

this company don't care about their previous agents , I have three years of experience in that company then the process is shut down, but when i give again interview for the same type of process they reject me because they want to take freshers to give them low salary , ( i wrote this in like section because some freshers like that)
