I worked under a manager whose office politics created a challenging and demotivating environment. The applications developed were basic, unsecured, and lacked effectiveness. There was little to no focus on technical growth, employee recognition, or encouragement. The workplace also lacked refreshments, fun activities, and a positive culture to foster motivation, no best employee such kind of recognization and engagement. He will blackmail saying termination in performance review. Finally escaped.
