Some team management decision are made in US and controlled from there. Favoritism, partiality towards individual are there. So some situations you may feel upset, unsupported and disconnected. Work load balancing is not there. Managers need to make all efficient and maintain better ratio in head counts in different technologies. People, who are working less or get assigned less task due to average skills give good rating in work life balance. :-)
