Local Politics is higher side in our regional head position staffs. Dummy powers in AM and ARM reason for local Politics. All decisions are take our Regional head. Pls rectify the problems.

Work cultural is similar to MFI because internal promotee and external hiring both are having MFI mind state which kills potential of many skilled employees and also disbalance work life environment.

Our company is very good & respected organization. Like Covid time very helpful on time salary credited & Incentive conveyance early credited at the time festival. At the field facing customer handling & our superior bosses close relationship all are contact with easily. Veritas finance is working culture very safe & secured job.

Our company some applications & example LOS LMS (Customer App) every time to struck handled some difficulties. Example recent disbursement case & Renewal cases are Customer app not working properly.
