1. The compensation package is slightly attractive than similar companies. They provide several options to save tax which increases the in-hand salary i.e. you can claim a sizable amount of your salary as reimbursements for books, driver's salary, fuel, phone bill etc. 2. Another thing is the annual team outing at locations such as Goa, a family get together in a resort outside the city.

Dislikes

Its a small company, working in a niche segment. There is a lot of petty politics, not many opportunities to learn, minuscule support, terrible work-life balance. The management in India is like a cartel who are running the company as per their preferences, everything is decided by these individuals. HR has no powers and is merely a rubber stamp.

Worst job security. They fires within less span like may be 3 or months of joining. The excuse They give as role reduction. They just recruit first then seek for the requirement. If no requirement then they lay off the candidate on the name of role redundancy. Day and night efforts are not matter at all.

The best work life ethics.. coming from a 3 year career experience, I can say that I have never come across a company that cares for its employees so much!!! Verint has a wonderful HR dept. who care about its employees and their well-being. The amount of benefits and allowances they provide is just top notch!!! Very flexible work culture and nice infrastructure resources. You can enjoy your work as well as life being a Verinteer!! Definitely recommend 👍

There is a healthy work environment in Verint. The culture overall is transparent. They listen to employees and works on employee engagement.

The deadlines are very strict and annual appraisal was not good since Covid.

Verint is a great place to be at and to work for. All I can say is a great environment for one to imbibe with, great learnings, great teams where you can collaborate and have fun at the same time. An employee centric company and I've had a great journey with Verint. If you are a verinteer you exactly know what I mean.
