The company has very good automation tool which works on all platforms including mobile. Each project member gets opportunity to work on all platforms depending on project. Company has high quality product and service at global client base. As as result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US. Mine was US based client and got B1 Visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

They make false commitments. I was contacted by G & S Consulting, Bangalore for this opportunity with Verifaya for a Contract - To-Hire for 1 yr which would be renewed every year but despite my consistent & exceedingly good performance I was not offered for a permanent position with Ingersoll Rnad. The manager under whom I was working denied that it was a Conract- To -Hire and that he has recruited me for 3 - 6 months for a particular project. But I was at the receiving end..I resigned from Accenture hoping to join Ingersoll Rand ..
