Not have any carrier growth and salary hike don't expect from company side still now I didn't get any settle ment amount named F&F i was relieved properly then also same.. totally 2years i worked in this company

Salary has very delayed after 10 of every month didn't respect the people who is working there from December 2021 FTTx Chennai North supervisor name Kingsley is shouting for without reasons ( you are not willing to work go away ) is the work he mentioned lot of time ,and big question is we are working at 24*7 but 1 day we take leave our salary will detect they won't give any reason then why we need to work for 24*7 we can work here for 8 hrs that's the govt. Policy

All time not support management, like not provide pay slip on time , notice period of work after relieving formalities very difficult, we need to follow day by day ,

Manager level or state HO staff is a part of the Labour Union of any one party. They are supporting strike inside the company for their benefits. Some way or other certain level employees and employees part of Labour Union will get benefit from it.

...they will not renew contract, but employees can continue working in the company. Salary will not be credited to account, instead sent via messenger travelling from Trivandrum to Kassargod once in every month. Even they refuse paying salary or part of salary. 4. I have proof with me for all above mentioned cases. 5. No job security, salary guarantee, and not even the money spend on the expenses of the company. 6. This is not a company, it is a establishment to loot money from employees. Below there is a question, whether flexible working time? Obviously not. It is 24x7
