...HRs ever they help you on each and every stage, compensations are crazy enough if you want to live a life you should join this company at any cost I got the best pay grade and facilities at the first level , every one has laptops even the junior guys I have worked for more than 2 yrs and I am happy best part is max time sat sun is off for support like 90% of time.

... a chance do not leave it and this for app support not desktop support its same as other company with better pay.

...e budget for training every tear which is very encouraging for self development. Salary and yearly appraisals are decent. Job requires no traveling to another city. Lot of learning opportunities who wants to learn and grow. Work environment is competitive and there is scope for innovation in almost every team. There are various sports tournaments played throughout the year so sports is encouraged as well. Overall worklife balance can be achieved.

Dislikes

For most of the people working from India location, job is pretty much secure. As you go up the corporate ladder, you see more politics.
