The company environment is better. They pay salary on the 5th of the very month or before 5th of the month that assured.

Dislikes

The main problem is the Salary increments and the promotions ... Do not expect that from there. And the OT is paid according to the law. The OT Payment is one hour wage of yours salary only no double payment.

Very few colleagues are good.There is no bond in this company

... politics and the management doesn't know what happened to low level employees.Bad working environment there is no bonus in festival time no appraisals and hike in salary.On the job training is not given to new joinees

People working here are from different parts of Kerala, so. culturally very good environment.

Dislikes

Very bad management, they purchase very old, primitive and second hand machinery, and they expect to top quality results, there is no job security there, i have worked there for three years and i have seen more than 30 resigns and much more termination.

I have worked in vera for almost 1.5 years. For me It’s a good experience. I have learned a lot like import management, production, HR, finance and accounts, etc. company is in growing stage. So make the use of it.

Dislikes

Not at all planned nor taken the specialised advice or opinion from any one while starting the company. Started production before completing the work of plant for that reason office setup not yet ready.
