...er 3 years,my post is there a security supervisor.i hendel a total working site. Good management, salary paid right time.company police total staff a equal.my good experience in this company.

Being a project Head working culture at our both sites were very good. Colleagues were supportive.

Dislikes

Management has no eyes to see in depth of any situation. They act totally on listening. Non technical employees working on higher positions are having much more powers than what they should have.

As i have noticed that the company have a strong stand against COVID-19,they are providing all the safety equipment and precautions, sanitizing the whole office on a daily basis, providing mask, gloves, sanitizer, etc. to all the staff and to visitor's. Overall we are together stand against COVID-19

Teammates and some senior managers are very supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in senior management which effect on junior employees and their jobs. U can work day and night for company with honesty but still your job security is zero.
