Team members are not cooperate to work.. If they don't want you in a team then they will put blames on you then remove from there.. Worst strategy in the team. They target personally..

There is no particular process they were following for organisational structure. Counter part will directly contacting engineers and asking to complete their work first without informing to manager and team lead. They will escalate intentionally if whoever is opposite

Too much of politics. If you're north Indian, definitely you'll see the difference over paper and options provided for many things. Not much appreciation for the hard work you do unless you do butterpolish to your manager. No suggestion for you to join the veoneer. Stay away.
