(Salary increase is low, but non/slow-working people get the same salary increase as the best performer) If you are to be a relative of HR or Sr.Manager then higher salary increase can happen. The method of upgrading the scale of a very inferior. The grade of a very honest & preforming employee remain the same for 3-4 years, it does not increase time to time. But newcomer are given the next grade by increasing the grade year by year.
