Mumbai branch manager and his 2 monkey (old sales team) want cuts from your incentive. Service incharge also trying to take cuts from incentive of new comers. Not support to new joiners. Lots of politics in Mumbai branch, branch manager Mr. Prashant doing this bullshits.

Job security is there ,have ethics, paid our salary during lock down time also, try to understand market conditions and act according to it in work.

Pay is very less, won't adapt market conditions immediately, have to check and act according to region conditions every region have their own criteria and compitator publicity

Some errors that damaging market conditions, market promotions too low in my territory.didn't recognise distributors strength and taking short decisions to change distributors.

Office Environment is good. Some seniors & caligue are supportive.

Dislikes

Salary increment is not good. HR is not supporting to staff. Promotion & appraisal also not proper way. No other benefits like traveling, Mobile exp etc.
