There is no any job security if the wants then they terminate employee at that time without any of process termination. As we talk about work then it is not stable we got various works to do sometimes we have to do the work which is actually not comes in our technical knowledge. It affects a lot on our work. We can't do our work properly. Very poor management. Did not clarity about working days and leaves or holidays. There is no fix timing for daily working so our life and working both life's are badly disturbed. Over all working in this company is most disgusting experience.
