SALARY • Here salary date is 15th of every month which is too late but sometimes salary comes at 17th or 18th. HOLIDAYS •As soon as the know because of holiday weekend is too long they will remove a holiday from a list without informing anyone. • They Remove 3-4 public holidays from the holiday list per year. MANAGEMENT • Manager is not technical and his title is HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY. • He is expert in micro management, If you take a break more than 5-6 minutes he will send a mail through HR and sometimes schedule meeting for it. • The role of HR is nothing in this company because HR is also a puppet of MANAGER • Here even after logging the task with time in ZOHO at the last you have to go to manager for approve you task which takes 30-45 minutes after office hours LEAVE • Manager is approve leave as if he is doing us a favor.

...en the basics about any technology. Worst management, mispleaded by the manager. Very low salary, huge workload. No employee benefits, no employee development plans. HR is a puppet of management and manager. Unethical workplace policies, nowhere in the world you can find those policies in any company.

The company is likely to shut down its operations soon, as it is struggling to manage its clients and secure projects.

... pressure. Heavy work pressure.I have finished the pending work of many months . Still i didn't receive my 1 month salary . Working hour is strict like 9 hours you can't complete ur work in 8:55 hrs .You have to stay 9 hours strictly . Salaries of many employees were also not paid .
