This company does not pay employees salary and dues, alleged issues one or another and stops their dues. Useless company just like fraud.

Dislikes

Very bad experience and they stopped my dues and Salaries and 3 more employees complaints now Ventures Advertising facing legal actions for not paying dues and throws employees without notice.

... company. I admire his leadership skills. The best part is the work recognition. Salaries are paid on time. Perfect work life balance. 27 paid holidays and 15 public holidays.

i have chose to work with this company and its my choice and hence i have noting to list down here.

Nothing i liked about working here. They got me ousted from the company in the testing times.

Ungrateful bunch of bosses. Rude to their employees. Salaries are not paid on time. Half salaries are being deducted straight away for 8th month straight. That too were being paid late. I still havent received my experience letter, payslips which ive been chasing them since 4 months now. Worst company ever.

They not at all supportive but surely they pretend to be supportive. They have cut down 50% of the salary and not giving it on time. Cheapest mentality of higher management authorities.

No good working cultural No respect is given to the employees Employees are treated as a slave Had a bad experience.

The only good thing about this place is the colleagues I have.

The higher management. It prides itself in being a 30 years old organization. However the working culture and ethos shown herein gives a different picture altogether. Mumbai based organization are known for professionalism. The lesser said about this over here, better it is
