Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). This company should come out of the variable pay system which is ongoing for more than 20 years... There is no fixed salary for RMS - pathetic ( peer companies are hesitating to pick Rms from Ventura due to this variable pay system)

Dislikes

Increment process, no bonus, very slow growth, management think old employees (more than 10 years) only working for company. They r not trust on new employee, they never notice ur hard work. Too strict HR policy, different different policy for new and old employees, Work from home policy only for employee acquisition. U have to work Saturday and holiday also. Software is useless u have to work mannualy or Excel base only.

You never miss work. Work always keep flowing and its good development work which will definitely increase your skill set. Onshore and offshore team work together and have good chance for onshore but as usual politics come in picture.

...more realistic. Does not have much projects and hence no professional growth. Management has taken away many benefits in the name of cost cutting and never appreciated the people who still working. Many of people are lacking in motivation.
