Scope for learning is very broad. New ideas and suggestions are always welcome to bring a change in the company. Managers and peers are very much supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work environment needs to be improved a bit. The company has on-the-job training but but the process is slow.

Increment process, no bonus, very slow growth, management think old employees (more than 10 years) only working for company. They r not trust on new employee, they never notice ur hard work. Too strict HR policy, different different policy for new and old employees, Work from home policy only for employee acquisition. U have to work Saturday and holiday also. Software is useless u have to work mannualy or Excel base only.

This company should come out of the variable pay system which is ongoing for more than 20 years... There is no fixed salary for RMS - pathetic ( peer companies are hesitating to pick Rms from Ventura due to this variable pay system)

if you want skill development then its good place for fresher .in this company not fixed sallry not any basic salary

You never miss work. Work always keep flowing and its good development work which will definitely increase your skill set. Onshore and offshore team work together and have good chance for onshore but as usual politics come in picture.

Dislikes

...more realistic. Does not have much projects and hence no professional growth. Management has taken away many benefits in the name of cost cutting and never appreciated the people who still working. Many of people are lacking in motivation.
