I have seen them trap and use people with many tricks. So make sure you have legal clear documents before joining. Otherwise thay are masters at fraud and manipulation. They make fake good impression at interview. After joining thay show reality. Do not join untill you have legal document which shows clearly details of your employment.

inke dath dikhane wala alag hai aur katne wala alag. 2 months joining ke baad alsi rup dikhta hai inka. fraud of a company. Aur uske baad ye log accha review dalo bolte hai🤣 ambition box pe

mat karo join ye company. sirf chamcha culture hai aur chamacha log ko hi milta hai promotion and bonus. Aur gali wala politics choti choti cheez pe. zaroorat bhi nahi un cheezo pe gali wala politics saas bahu serial level

lot of low level saas bahu type politics over every tiny little thing. it is very entertaining to watch when it's happening to someone else. also you get 'REQUESTED' to post good review here.

there is no skill development. all the research and design work happens in German office. all the manufacturing work is outsourced. they do not have any manufacturing of their own. so all they are is brokers or middle men. so no learning or skill development opportunity. they will tell fancy titles in interview but work will be of different title. What you do and learn here is useless in industry.

Management forcing employees 1 by 1 to give good review here now when they are hiring. Roadside company mentality of management. Think which kind of '*MNC*' is it to post this in job posting - " Candidates staying nearer to office (Powai Plaza, Powai ) will be given preference. "

Dislikes

They show off during interview and at joining. They show their true face only after 2-3 months of joining. They trap and exploit you after joining.
