I would like to provide my best experience in some point as given below :- 1. supportive management - approachable leadership that cares about employee well-being. 2. Great Company Culture - Emphasis on teamwork and mutual respect in a welcoming environment. 3. Work-life Balance - Flexibility to manage personal and professional commitments. 4. Autonomy and Team work - Balance of independent work and supportive teamwork. 5. positive environment - High - energy, productive and uplifting workplace atmosphere.

Dislikes

There is no negative comment from my side for this company because when I came here for internship, I thought I will be treated as all other treated in their internship in other companies.

My manager is supportive. But not all managers are supportive

Dislikes

They do not provide cabs to male passengers , they do not allow people to take casual or sick leaves. Very very strict when comes to taking sick leaves. If you take more than 1 day sick leave as per them you can only take it if you are hospitalized. Casual and sick leaves will not be approved if taken on monday or friday despite sharing the documents. They reduced the refreshment that use to provide. The SVP is very egoistic. We do not feel that we are working in MNC it is more like we are working under a boss not leader. He thinks that he owns the company. Male colleagues asked him about cabs for males - he is like we will give it them when there is driverless cabs. There is a contract of 2 years that is the reason, once you are stuck you cannot leave the company before you complete 2 years and 2 month of notice after that. If you leave it before that then you will not get the experience. No work from home policy, no leaves at all in end of the year.

Vensure always appreciates dedicated employees and promotes internally as much as possible. Within 3 years, I was lucky to receive an opportunity to work with multiple departments and understand the inner workings of the IT industry. Their decisions are data and performance driven - be it for assigning someone a project or giving some a promotion.

Dislikes

The recent changes in the PTO policy were what led to me giving a 4-star in the overall rating as that is one aspect we can improve on - it definitely led to some employee dissatisfaction this year. While this new policy was only implemented due to employees misusing the flexible PTO policy in the past years, it impacted employees who might have genuine reasons for taking some sick/casual leaves.
