A very good company to work at start, higher management is very good, on time salary and other benefits.

Dislikes

Upper management very much dependent on site level managers no feedback or suggestions are taken from low level employees, No work life balance they believe in work like bulls no smart work is required here. And above that a company where u can see accountants earning from groceries, store people are stealing materials and many more, all this is because of no real participation of higher management and zero feedback system. And that makes any decent employee feel sorry for company and after complaining also ur suggestions are not welcomed because nobody cares company as a whole.

Salary within 10th of every month. Free food and accomodation.

Dislikes

Salary increment process is very bad. No proper procedure is there. Based on face they provide increment, not as per performance. No value for working and loyal people. No work culture and management support for working people. Work life balance is horrible. Have to work on sunday also.

I am work in Vensa company irrigation work agliment with total station & Auto level with (DCBM -Double check benchmark) & excavation canal & structure work at DLRB - double line road bridge).........

Work is good but government will lost bill was pending......
