First of all they will give you project manager post for the job role of design engineer, no hr department no management, they will give you late salary 20 days+ late every month, they can fire you instant if they don't have work by giving you 15 days to find another job which has happened to one of my colleague, Company's director is very much arrogant person always shouting with you when they talk, In this company there is no person who is very technical fit to guide you through the job role, every work u have to do on your own with regards to designing, estimation, billing, tender, bill submission, site visiting, meetings, etc. This Company will drain you mentally and physically. Worst company. Join at your own risk
