New technology training will not be provided by the org., due to budget constraints, we need to learn them on our own. Team outings and recreations are very less compared to other organizations.

Compensation is decent but growth is little bit slow sometimes work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening

I Joined as fresher here. And I would say, it is very good IT company for learning new technologies and explore more opportunities for great career. All management and technical forks are very supportive. Lots of opportunities to deep dive into development area. Had an great working experience.

I have nothing here to highlight any specific things. But instead of dislike we can say suggestions/feedback here. There is chances of improvement in cultural events management. 😊
