I have no rights regarding my responsibilities at work. Everything I do is managed by someone else, even though it’s part of my job. When the audit team comes, the complaints only seem to target the storekeeper. From my perspective, there is no recognition of my role, no opportunity for development, and no chance for promotion.

working location is remote area ( far from pune city ) no emergency transport available for staff. no company canteen in remote office. undefined rule & regulation . working environment not so positive. yearly salary increment delivery are not having fixed timing. do not having systematic work appraisal system . ( not as par performance basis, if u insist then think of it ) VIP culture
