VEM tooling has good potential to grow as company for plastic injection moulding.

Dislikes

Company has lot of scope to improve in treatment to employees. Need job security and stability as everyone is leaving company within 6 months. Need to think about policy.

Likes

Vem supports nothing for their workers. They fired me from the company to save there expenses during this pandemic. Zero job security. They not even think about family depend upon us before asking for resign. Worst work culture.

No job security.not even for confirmed employees. They terminated many employees in this lockdown situation.
