Work pressure more but salary not sufficient due to low cost products manufactured.quarrel and politics more in employers between and someone dominions to other so no work environment. Communication skills is very poor because designation and qualifications of employees not meet industry norms. More loose talk's and using worst word's front of customers also. Ultimately it's not private limited company attitude. Managing director good person believe fake person words and easily hurts employees and designation not given experience person only training and learning staffs. Incase experience or MNC retired GM appointment in vel tech company perhaps enhanced company level. Vel tech managing director fast attitude that equals GM or Deputy GM appointment with high qualifications and most experienced person and MNC company background person request. HR manager skills and experience person deputed must.
