Please don't join this company. If you want to experience the worst of leaders and decision makers, then join. Post merger, its all about partiality, groupism, immature decision by leadership, racism and more. I mean there is just no vision, no planning, just nothing. A bunch of cartoons working for what they themselves dont know. I have seen the great employees like a UX Designer recently leave out of mental pressure, dirty politics. Poat merger this company has become worst of its kind.

There is nothing to like about it, they are usually good at giving mental pressures and anxiety to the person. Poor HR, poor operations, making everyone fool.

Engineering team managers are non sensible, you are welcomed by perks. There are no perks in practical. Rupali Pathak, poor HR. Aditya Pathak, general manager, total pariwarwad in the company. Ghasham Lavand, a d-headed architect, Mohan Bora, keep saving your *ss- mate. Poor organisation, zero operations. Working with architect was like working with a dumb aa personality. A solution architect does not even know rest api principles. It will fire back soon mate.
