...to secure debt and loans. there are no projects, no HR and no proper management. They claim that the salary date is the 10th of every month, but payments are often delayed by 2to 3 months. CEO ARUN threaten female employee with his power and back ground. Even when you enquire about your salary, the response are dismissive and unprofessional. there is a guy named Prabu shankar bose who uses abusive words on female employees.The company individuals into making investments with no returns. Some people invested in this company have been deceived by the owner, who then fled overseas. To be honest, employees are often treated poor. this company appears to hire freshers, taking advantages of those who are unaware of its practices. Please reconsider joining this company for employment, training, or financial dealings.

There is nothing good in working here; no proper salary is given, there is no professional growth, they don't provide proper responses to your concerns, and they are very egoistic; they don't care about the salary that they need to pay us; they treat us as slave, Also, the CEO, Arun Kumar, says, "I know how to make you work even without paying you the salary."

... account manager, and his name is Prabhu Sankar Bose. He is the account manager. This guy makes sarcasm about the concerns you have, like when you ask about the salary and when it will be credited, he will do sarcastic actions, egoistic guy. Arun Kumar is the CEO, he does not care about his employees, but he makes a statement that he will make everything from his end but he will make nothing from his end, he favours only the people who nod their heads for everything he says, he is not fit for the CEO, no proper professionals are handled, they say your employees don't work, but we used to work on weekends too They don't have projects with them, but they blame employees for not bringing any outcomes to the company. That account manager guy doesn't have proper IT experience but says he knows everything. I dare him to make it into another company; with the skills he has, he can't.
