...e manager here, has kept the HR team unnecessarily and does the HR work himself. Employee appraisals are never on time, and they only promise variable pay but, at the end of the year, neither the variable pay nor the appraisal is given. This is a completely worse company. It is better to stay unemployed than to waste time here.

No workplace politics. I like the culture of the company. learnt more than I expected in just 1 year.

Dislikes

...4.5 lakh as a fresher, Work timings are sometimes skewed and need you to extend. But that is the price you pay for faster learning.

Likes

The only support is that, they give salary on time. Otherwise, there is no one to cheer up and motivate you. Didn't get appraisal after 1+ year of work.

Dislikes

If you are fresher than you can go and join. Otherwise..if you want to taste the politics of a corporate office than you can join as per your wish. There isn't career growth. You have to sign the bond of a year or more than that in which you cannot resign, that is terrible.

Nothing. There is no good thing about velocity. I will never recommend anyone to join this company.

Dislikes

...were scolded every time, everyday to perform well and deliver more in less time. They will force you to work on saturdays too without any extra pay. They don't even count working hours of any employee. Some of employees works 12 hours and get nothing and some of them work for 10 hours and still gets nothing. No incentives, No appraisals on time, no leaves, no growth, no work life balance.

Terrible onboarding process, in the face of freshers they want someone who is already perfect in the field, Demotivating and very much time taking hiring process and most of the time they waste the time of the candidate giving them false hopes.
