1. Too much micromanagement from senior leadership. Poor work life balance 2. Bad culture and lots of yelling by founders with no respect for employees. 3. No WFH policy and taking leaves are seen as a SIN. Also No workhour flexibility. 4. No job security. 5. Most of the positive reviews have been added by HR to nuetralize negative reviews which is so unethical.

The management team and the top managers have zero sense in strategy or how to even handle a team. Their only way to deal with people is to make them furious, threaten by taking away the job or pushing people to achieve targets without proper planning.

No training given. No job security. Politics. Favouritism. Will hire for something else and will force you to work into something else altogether. Will make you work even if you are not well. Toxic work culture and micro management.

You will only get no on the field I was working there for almost a week and keep on getting only no by customer.they should provide a database for working effectively.
