There is nothing to like about the company,they all are fraud,there is no job security, they don't pay ontime,they abuse you ,no professionalism at all.

Dislikes

They offer you good role but slowly you understand you are trapped ,they hold salary so that is the reason when people gets salary they just run away ,they appoint you as a Talent Acquisition but ask you to be a tellecaller daily 100 numbers everyday,record each call then send it further . They will give you data and you just have to seat and daily numbers .the so called hr manager Amol is the most liar person .

Good thing is if you perform the best then tou will be highlighted soon and you will get best opportunity to lead a team and you will get a hands on experience in the same

1)They will never pay you full salary as they use pay salary in 2 installments first at 10th of every month and 30th of every month. 2)Work timing is too much as when I was working the work time was morning 9 to evening 8:30 which sounds more than a normal hours 3)They use to hire 5-7 people to watch your activity and pressure you for the work 4) Only 30 minutes of lunch break 5)Work culture is too much unethical. you will always listen a bad words when there will be low performance

...loyee they will not send you home till 8:30 PM though office timing is till 7PM. And if you think you gonna get your salary as it is written in your joining email then you are in big trouble. It has its own illogical senses. You will definitely not be happy after 1 week going in the office And also there's last sunday of the month is working. No holiday on any festival. No perks, nothing.. Worst experience working there...
