CEO are grt they are help full but management is not that much & not value of any Emp.

Dislikes

Emp Fire is best & easy solution vs target achievement. If you are old & loyal emp they will keep you 1st in lay off line. On that they will give you only 7% to 8% hike every yr as this is startup co.
