There is some politics in company career growth is slow compare to others there is three years bond.

It’s a fantastic company, having all the processes for a mechanical engineer and the product is evergreen. It’s a very good company for a mechanical engineer to grow.

Only problem with this company is salaries are not coming on time.

Quick learning by giving opportunity to fresher senior's guide to handle machine while observation.

Everyone should concentrate on work in working hours , should not gather and do not gossips on unnecessary things , salaries also should offer to worker of his/her workdone/designation according to standard of expenses.

It was very good experience gained by me working overthere in Veljan Denison Ltd. All the products produced by the company are having very good technology and most important to use in several machines. The company has more beautiful future if the management takes good decisions towards employees as well as company's business. I pray heart fully to God that the company should reach higher goals in its future. All the employees can learn lot from the company. It has very good technology in its products. I was very happy for being a part of the company's strength.

Dislikes

Decisions should be in positive way. Employees should be given regular benefits against the works done. When employees are happy, then whole company will be happy. Employees blessings will be there as fragrance showers on the company when all are satisfied in their professional life as well as personal life. I have positiveness towards the company. The company May have more beautiful future in coming days.

We can learn work here but no job security,no growth, from past 5years no salary hike,worst culture,worst management. If you want join here your life will be suck....

Worst management.... working here means life will be suck....
