Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Salary & Expenses Not on time or fixed dated. Working hard but company not pay by the work, Salary is very low as per work.

Dislikes

No one is talking about the salary increase & paying salary on time limit. They want to complete working from field worker but not hearing any questions for salary , increment & Expenses on time. Upper level management is very disgusting & I m not seen type of company in my working life.

Management doesn’t want you to grow.salary doesn’t pay on time every month salary was delayed about 26 or 27 day. The supervisor and the incharge dose not want you to learn anything. I have got terrible experience in this company
