...kaa pasa khaa jata h....agr maneger keh day ki iska pasa kato bus kaat deta h...kisi k bi kehne pay. Maneger Akashdeep and DGM Nitesh Ranjan dono ek hi thali k chattah batay h... service engineers kaa billl kaat kaat k apna pait bhartay h .

Nothing. No salary during covid and not giving cashable leaves

Everything. No management. HR DEPARTMENT is not supporting employee and always giving warning for termination. Terminate any body at anytime. Manager treat their juniors as a labour and not listening the problem. All the managers and senior manager even head and GM ,AGM are following same kind of attitude towards installation Engineer. 5-6 % increment and some times nothing. No travel allowance. No dearness allowance No conveyance. No overtime allowances No holiday allowance. Mostly working 14-18 hrs without any compensation. No job security. All the employees are harassing by their seniors.

Benefits : Salary on time. Approachable people. Good place to learn about govt selling depending on your senior.

Dislikes

Zero HR culture. Jr. and mid level HR people changes every month. No bonus and other benefits. Decision making concentrated on the CEO. Micro-management. No focus on customers. No innovations. Mediocre pay scale. Over hiring of backend technical people specially freshers and less sales people.
